The process

From confusion to clarity in three steps

Most merchants have no idea what they're actually paying to process credit cards. We change that — with a simple, confidential process that costs you nothing.

Step 01

Sign the NDA

Takes 5–10 minutes. We send the NDA; you sign and return it.

Your data is protected before we see anything

Processing statements contain sensitive business information — your transaction volume, average ticket size, and revenue patterns. Before we review a single line item, we execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement that legally protects your data.

The NDA is mutual, meaning it protects both parties. We take confidentiality seriously, and the agreement reflects that.

Step 02

Submit Your Statements

Statements can be uploaded securely or sent via email.

Two to three months tells us everything we need

Once the NDA is in place, you send us 2–3 months of processing statements. These are the monthly documents your processor sends that detail every transaction, fee, and rate applied to your account.

We analyze every line item: interchange categories, assessment fees, processor markups, monthly minimums, PCI fees, batch fees, and any other charges that appear. Nothing gets overlooked.

Step 03

Receive Your Savings Report

Most reports are delivered within 3–5 business days.

A clear picture of what you pay — and what you should pay

We deliver a detailed savings report that breaks down your current effective rate, identifies every unnecessary or inflated fee, and shows you exactly what a fair rate structure looks like for your business type and volume.

The report is yours to keep. You can use it to negotiate directly with your current processor, or we can assist with that conversation. Either way, you now have the information you need.

What we look for

The fee categories we analyze

Interchange fees

Base rates set by card networks — often marked up by processors without disclosure.

Assessment fees

Network pass-through fees that should be cost-neutral but frequently aren't.

Processor markup

The spread your processor adds — the most negotiable component of your rate.

Monthly minimums

Fees charged when your processing volume falls below a threshold — often unnecessary.

PCI compliance fees

Security compliance fees that are frequently padded well beyond actual cost.

Statement & batch fees

Administrative fees that appear with little justification and are often removable.
